1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Use and License Agreement are between you and PRİSMA YAZILIM LTD ŞTİ and govern your use of Phone Location Tracker via GPS (FindLoc) and its related website. They combine the service terms and software license in one document. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use FindLoc. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission and supervision. A parent or guardian must authorize purchases where required. Higher age limits or additional consent requirements under local law continue to apply.
Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Agreeing to these terms does not replace any separate consent or device permission required for collecting sensitive data.
3. Software license
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable app-store usage rules. The software is licensed, not sold; ownership remains with us and our licensors.
Premium features are available only while the applicable subscription or other valid entitlement is active. This agreement does not promise a perpetual premium license, a fixed free-trial period, or a fixed period of updates.
You may not resell the software, bypass access controls, remove ownership notices, or copy, modify, or reverse-engineer it except where applicable law permits. These restrictions do not prevent the intended location-sharing features.
4. Subscriptions, offers, and payment
The purchase screen and app-store confirmation show the available product, price, currency, billing period, and any trial or introductory offer before you buy. Offers and eligibility can vary. A discounted introductory period is not a free trial unless explicitly described as one.
For an automatically renewing subscription, the store charges the selected payment method at each renewal unless you cancel under the store's rules. When an introductory offer or trial ends, the subscription renews at the price and interval shown at purchase unless canceled in time. Any price changes are handled under the store's applicable notification and consent rules.
Purchases and entitlement verification use the app store and RevenueCat. We do not collect your payment card details. Restore Purchases is available in the app for eligible purchases associated with your store account.
5. Manage, cancel, and request refunds
You can manage or cancel a subscription through the store account used to buy it:
- Manage Google Play subscriptions.
- For a purchase made through Apple: Manage App Store subscriptions.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access normally remains available for the paid period, subject to the store's rules and any refund or revocation. Uninstalling the app or deleting your FindLoc account does not by itself cancel your store subscription.
Refund eligibility and processing follow the purchasing store's rules and your mandatory consumer rights. See Google Play refund help or Apple refund help. You can also contact info@findlocation.net for assistance. Nothing in these terms removes a refund or other remedy required by law.
6. Service limitations
Location and alerts depend on device permissions, GPS accuracy, connectivity, battery, operating-system restrictions, and service availability. Locations may be delayed, approximate, or unavailable. FindLoc is not an emergency response service and does not guarantee a person's safety or uninterrupted tracking. Contact local emergency services in an emergency.
You are responsible for mobile-data charges and for keeping your device secure. Features may change as the service develops; we do not promise support for every device or indefinite availability. Applicable consumer rights and obligations relating to paid services continue to apply.
7. Account deletion and misuse
You can request permanent account and data deletion in the app or through the account deletion page, as described in the Privacy Policy. Cancel any unwanted subscription separately through the store.
We may restrict access when necessary to address unlawful use, misuse, or security risks, subject to applicable law. Contact info@findlocation.net if you believe access was restricted in error.
8. Third-party services and store terms
Maps, notifications, diagnostics, and purchases rely on third-party services identified in the Privacy Policy. Those services and app stores have their own applicable terms. Our use of a provider does not remove our responsibility for our own service or data-handling obligations.
For an app obtained through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard EULA applies where no custom EULA has been supplied through App Store Connect. Mandatory store terms remain applicable. These service terms do not override non-waivable store or consumer protections.
9. Responsibility and applicable law
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections or access to courts available under applicable law where you live. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
10. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms and will update the date on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or replace any new consent required by law.
